Currently all orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service.

We do not ship to UK or EU.

It usually takes between 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On international orders, please allow for 2-4 weeks before delivery of all parcels. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

For the safety of our employees and consumers, we are currently shipping out orders from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays. Some orders may take longer to process and shipping times may be extended (up to an additional 7-10 business days). Some VSQ sheet music arrangements are available as a Digital Delivery Edition. All Digital Delivery Editions are delivered via .pdf featuring a watermark at the bottom of every page which includes: our website URL, order number and the name/email of the purchaser.

All Digital Delivery Editions can be dowloaded and printed as many times as needed. There are no restrictions on Digital Delivery Edition .pdfs. All Digital Delivery Editions are formatted to print on standard 8.5 inch x 11 inch paper.

Any device capable of opening a .pdf can be used to view and print Digital Delivery Editions. iOS users-- Please follow the on-screen instructions to download your .pdf.

All purchases must be watermarked to comply with copyright laws and regulations. We are unable to deliver files which do not contain watermarks.
